Where do you get your plants?

Our plants are all imported from Europe and manufactured in a state-of-the art pharmacy in Pocatello, Idaho. Our plants are tested by an independent laboratory to ensure quality and guaranteed to be free from any contamination. We work closely with our manufacturer to ensure the best possible quality. 

Are your plants organic?

Our plants are certified organic from both The Idaho State Department of Agriculture (where our products are manufactured) and through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Can I use your products if I am nursing? 

Yes! Our products are completely safe to use while nursing.

Can I use you products if I am pregnant?

Although are products are generally safe for everyone. Out of an abundance of caution we suggest not to use our products while pregnant. 

When can I expect my order?

If your order was placed on Monday-Friday between normal business hours (8:00 AM-5:00PM) it will typically ship the same day. If you placed your order over the weekend or holiday, your order will ship the next business day.

If you received free shipping, your order will arrive within 2-4 business day. If you need expedited shipping you can choose your preferred shipping speed at check out (additional shipping fees may apply).

When do your products expire? 

Our products our best used within 5 years from your purchase date as long as they are stored in a cool dry place. Our products do not need to be refrigerated.

What do I do if the products arrive and something is damaged?

It is our goal to ensure our products are shipped on time and in pristine condition, however we do understand accidents can occasionally happen. If your order arrived damaged please email help@wholistickids.com. We will make arrangements to have a new order shipped to you at no additional charge.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you return your product within 30 days, we offer a full refund. Please email: help@wholistickids.com to initiate a return.
